About The Development
A fantastic collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Bursledon, a popular village on the River Hamble. Ideally located for commuters and families alike, with close links to Southampton city centre and the M27. Monarchs Keep is only a short distance from the main village centre, with a great choice of local shops and places to eat and a selection of pubs overlooking the River Hamble.
The Objective
Monarchs Keep, was a development that Connect It won in 2017, the intent was to install 166 multi-utility connections to all plots on the site. The development included a mixture of two and three-storey homes, with 40 per cent affordable housing.
The Outcome
To prevent any disruption for the existing residence we made sure that as Connect It we were mindful of anything that may cause any issues such as where our vans were parked. We connected and tested all 166 multi-utility connections in the properties.
