About The Development
The development will boast 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom properties and just over a third of this will be affordable homes. When complete, public open spaces and a new country park will be available, all on the land south of Bursledon Road.
The Challenge
Kingfisher Grange is a development of 200 new-build homes in a range of styles and sizes. Connect It have been awarded the contract to install and connect all 200 multi-utility connections to the properties on the site.
The Solution
Whilst we were working on site the addition of light-controlled junctions eased traffic in the local area. We installed all 200 multi-utility connections for the new homes and the developer can now progress with the development.
