Legals

CIUS offers a managed in-house service for utilities land rights, ensuring legals don’t get in the way of installing services on your site. Our expert team provides support from negotiation to final agreements in a number of areas including land acquisition, easements, rights of way and wayleaves.

Professional Services

Pre and post land purchase, CIUS are able to offer extensive professional services advise and reporting relating to all aspects of utility infrastructure construction. We are able to produce detailed feasibility studies which detail the benefits and risks of differing potential options available. Once decisions are made CIUS are able to help manage all forms of utility infrastructure installations.

Infrastructure Installation

CIUS is fully accredited as an independent provider of Electric, Gas and Water infrastructure supply via our MURS LRQA accreditation meaning CIUS meets rigorous standards in areas such as risk management, health and safety, and environmental protection. These standards, along with our status and reputation within industry, enables confidence in the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of the utility services provided. We have wide ranging capabilities including organisation and control of planned supply interruptions along with overhead and underground multi utility trained operatives. Civil Engineering

All aspects of associated civil engineering requirements to facilitate the installation of utility infrastructure are included within the CIUS service offering. This includes, permit application and management, temporary traffic management, excavation and reinstatement. We use various forms of trench and trenchless construction methodologies to achieve large civil projects to programme. The business is able to manage multiple stakeholders across all aspects of off-site delivery.

Lifecycle Maintenance Services

CIUS has the capability to offer a full repair and maintenance service on low and high voltage electrical networks, low- and high-pressure gas networks and a wide range of water infrastructure networks. We are able to provide fully equipped utility, civils and TM gangs in and out of hours as an emergency service.
