The Objective
Devised of 270 plots, as well as a 6 million pound investment in sports facilities. The development spreads across a large area of land which was previously agricultural. The developer commissioned us to install 275 multi-utility connections to the development.
The Outcome
At the Kings Chase development we successfully connected all multi-utility connections for the developer, the majority of these connections were for residential use with the addition of 5 commercial connections.
