Connect It Utility Services’ Approach: CIUS delivered the complete multi-utility infrastructure for this development, supplying electricity, gas, and water to 600 new homes. The project involved a unique challenge, as the closest point of connection was located 2.5 km off-site. To overcome this, our teams conducted extensive off-site excavation and trenching to establish the necessary utility connections. We also installed five substations on-site to ensure reliable power distribution across the development.
